The Mohana community radio station is a line of communicative action of the Popular Women’s Organization, whose construction and definition process began in 2020 after the award of the license for its operation in Barrancabermeja. La Mohana is aimed at strengthening communication processes, understood as the construction of community meanings for interpretation and action in reality, as well as research and dissemination of information.
In this sense, the action of the station is based on its social function and, being part of a political and organizational project based on the principles of civility, autonomy, resistance and popular feminism, exercises consistent with them are proposed.
